To enroll your child, please complete the student application and include all required documents. Incomplete applications will be returned, which may delay the student's acceptance.
Kindergarten Enrollment
Children must be 5 years old by July 31 to attend kindergarten in the fall.
Required Documents for New Students
- Enrollment application
- Degree of Indian Blood Certification (copy)
- Birth certificate (copy)
- Up-to-date immunization records
- Acceptable Use of Technology Agreement
- Custody order (copy), if applicable.
- Only parents or legal guardians with a custody order may sign the application.
