Mrs. Keplin has been working in education for the Turtle Mountain Community School System for 24 years.

I began my career in education at St. John School in 1997 as a reading liaison for the elementary students. In 1998, I became the Turtle Mountain Community Middle School library technician, and in 2018, I joined the Ojibwa Indian School. In 2019, I was promoted to library coordinator. What my typical day in the library looks like: morning duty (greeting the students), library instruction K-8th grade, shelving/organizing books, book processing, repairing books, library inventory (books, collections, periodicals, audiobooks, etc.), update patrons, assist students and staff with specific material and information, ensure cleanliness of the library, and library planning (class activities, book reviews/suggestions, library orders, daily emails and updates).

A few of my favorite things are my family, shopping, interior decorating and baking.
